Mézes fehér from Oszkár's Syrmia wine region, Karlóca, from the Krisztus vineyard, made from bush vines traditionally cultivated on a mix of volcanic and sedimentary soils. It is partially fermented in whole clusters (semi-carbonic), then transferred to a 750-liter TAVA amphora, where it spends 14 months on fine lees. Bottled by gravity, unfiltered, unclarified, and with no additives.

Maurer Oszkár
Oszkár Maurer, a fourth-generation winemaker whose great-grandfather also worked in the region, lives and farms his lands in Hajdújárás, 35 kilometers from Szeged, just across the Hungarian border. His vineyards straddle two historically significant areas: the South Csongrád wine region and the Szerémség region, often considered the cradle of Hungarian wine culture.
