Variety : white

A pétillant naturel made from Bakator, the indigenous grape variety of the Hajdújárás region, from 112-year-old bush-trained vines. Méthode Traditionnelle style, from an earlier but fully ripe harvest, providing excellent fruit for the sparkling wine. Aged 18 months in the bottle on fine lees, without added sulfur. Disgorged, so it doesn’t gush when opened! Full-bodied, with pleasant acidity on the finish.
