90% Syrah and 10% Tempranillo. A few barrels from 2017 were set aside, while in the 2020 vintage fermentation progressed very slowly, taking two years to fully ferment dry. In contrast, the 2021 vintage was made more quickly and directly. Charles and Guillaume decided to blend these three vintages (17+20+21 = 58): all direct press wines, aged in barrel for 12–36 months without topping up, yet without developing a flor layer. The result is intriguing, complex, and for connoisseurs: an oxidative, rosé-style wine with the deep fruit of Syrah. Bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur.

Les Frères Soulier

Charles and Guillaume Soulier took over their father's estate in Saint Hilaire d'Ozilhan, at the junction of the Rhône and Gard regions, in 2014 and produced their first vintage in 2015. By selecting the best sites, they work on a total of ten hectares, mainly with red varieties such as Grenache and Syrah.
