90% Syrah and 10% Grenache. It is almost impossible to make an appellation-designated wine every year without using only the permitted grape varieties. For this reason, this wine cannot be labeled as Côtes du Rhône, yet it was created with the intention of expressing the “traditional” side of the Southern Rhône. A spicy red wine that is at the same time light and fresh. Both the Grenache and Syrah come from a now-abandoned area of the village. Made with partial carbonic maceration and aged for 10 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottled without fining, filtration, or added sulfur.

Charles and Guillaume Soulier took over their father's estate in Saint Hilaire d'Ozilhan, at the junction of the Rhône and Gard regions, in 2014 and produced their first vintage in 2015. By selecting the best sites, they work on a total of ten hectares, mainly with red varieties such as Grenache and Syrah.
