100% Grolleau, from just one hectare of land, where Chenin Blanc and Cabernet Franc share the lime-blue flint soil. Short maceration and 18 months of barrel aging. Unfiltered and unfined, with a perfectly adjusted amount of lees, the color is also a beautiful ruby red. The aroma is clean, with southern fruits, which the sip then somewhat contradicts. Light, barely perceptible tannins, it can be an excellent choice with pizza, tomato dishes or for everyday consumption.

After spending several years traveling the world as a graphic designer (first in South America, then Spain, and finally Germany) Fabien eventually returned home to France and gave in to what had long been his true passion: winemaking.
