50% Cabernet Franc and 50% Grolleau Noir from the Brossay area, on gravelly-flint soil. The two varieties are fermented together in whole bunches for 10 days, then fermented in barrels and tanks after pressing. Light structure and tannins, red berry fruits.

After spending several years traveling the world as a graphic designer (first in South America, then Spain, and finally Germany) Fabien eventually returned home to France and gave in to what had long been his true passion: winemaking.
