A blend of four parcels, made entirely from whole-cluster harvest. The wine is crafted with a very gentle, infusion-style approach and minimal intervention, yet shows impressive depth and finesse, rooted in vines planted as far back as 1942. A vibrant, playful Pinot from a domaine that is now truly coming into its stride. The palate is bright and expressive, driven by crunchy red berry fruit and precise, incisive acidity.

Margaux and Lothar met in 2018 while both working with Pierre Fenals at Maison en Belles Lies. Margaux had joined Pierre two years earlier, in 2016, where she learned the foundations of biodynamic farming and low-intervention winemaking.
After completing his studies in oenology, Lothar gained experience through internships with Bruno Schueller in Alsace and Didier Barral in Languedoc. He also grew up learning vegetable and crop cultivation on his parents’ organic farm, which deeply shaped his agricultural sensibility.<...
