100% Grüner Veltliner, vinified with extended skin contact. It underwent spontaneous fermentation on the skins for over 14 days, followed by maturation in 300 L oak barrels and stoneware amphorae. Bottled by gravity without fining or filtration, with a small addition of sulfur, preserving its texture and expressive character.

The Kövesd project was born from the shared vision of two passionate friends, Attila Sánta and Zoltán Varga. In 2021, they planted nearly three hectares of vines in Garamkövesd and neighboring Bajta, determined to demonstrate the true potential of the long-abandoned vineyards of the Lower Garam region through their wines.
