100% Kadarka. The grapes underwent 7–8 days of maceration in tank, gently punched down and hand-squeezed. The wine then matured for 11 months in 300 L oak barrels. It was bottled by gravity without fining or filtration, with just a small addition of sulfur, preserving its purity and character.

The Kövesd project was born from the shared vision of two passionate friends, Attila Sánta and Zoltán Varga. In 2021, they planted nearly three hectares of vines in Garamkövesd and neighboring Bajta, determined to demonstrate the true potential of the long-abandoned vineyards of the Lower Garam region through their wines.
