The 2024 vintage was a particularly challenging year for Jérôme, resulting in a single blended cuvée rather than multiple bottlings.
The final wine brings together 40% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Chenin Blanc, 20% Grolleau, and 20% of a red blend composed of Gamay, Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Despite its light and easy-drinking profile, the wine shows impressive depth and layering, with fruit purity and a fine, well-integrated acid backbone in harmonious balance. Aromatically expressive and texturally nuanced, it offers a vivid, engaging tasting experience. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and without added sulfur.

Jérôme is part of a community that took shape organically in the early 2000s in the Loire Valley. A group of young, nature-driven, often first-generation winemakers devoted to natural wine. They work long days in the vineyards and cellars, living simply and supporting one another when needed. Ideas are shared freely, yet each ultimately follows his own independent path toward authentic, low-intervention winemaking.
