As the name suggests, this cuvée is usually 50% Pinot Gris and 50% Pinot Noir, with Auxerrois added in 2022 due to a shortage of red grapes. It is a blend of one third Pinot Noir, one third Pinot Gris and one third Auxerrois, all macerated for 7 days, aged for 9 months in large Alsatian oak barrels and then blended. Bottled without filtration, fining or sulphur.

Jean-Marc Dreyer is a fourth-generation biodynamic natural winemaker based in Alsace, in northern France.
