100% Gerwürtztraminer, aged on the skins for 10 days, then the juice spends 12 months in large oak (foudre) until bottling.
Deep golden color, tropical aromas of lychee, candied ginger and flowers, followed by dried apricots, orange, bergamot and tropical fruit flavors. Elegant tannins and great structure.

Jean-Marc Dreyer is a fourth-generation biodynamic natural winemaker based in Alsace, in northern France.
