A tiny parcel of just 0.2 hectares on the edge of Boudes, where old Chardonnay vines are planted on a breathtakingly steep slope. The soil is mainly basalt, appearing in pieces of various sizes, along with crumbled limestone. The grapes macerate as whole clusters for a week and are then gently pressed with a long, delicate pressing. The wine spends 9 months in old 400- and 228-liter barrels. The wine develops without any intervention and receives only 15 mg/l of sulfur before bottling. In total, 500 magnum bottles were produced.
