100% Chardonnay sourced from Lias-era blue clay soils, this wine reflects a rich, mineral-laden terroir with layers of clay, marl, and limestone, providing depth, firmness, and a true sense of place. It is aged for 12 months in oak barrels with ouillage (regular topping-up), allowing the wine to develop gradually and harmoniously while preserving freshness and energy. The result is a creamy yet precise Chardonnay, where fruit, texture, and minerality are in perfect balance, showcasing both structure and elegance.
