100% Chardonnay sourced from Lias-era blue clay soils, this wine expresses a rich, mineral-laden terroir where layers of clay, marl, and limestone provide depth and structure, perfectly reflecting its origin. It is aged for 12 months in oak barrels with ouillage (regular topping-up), allowing the wine to develop slowly and harmoniously while preserving freshness and vibrancy. The result is a creamy yet precise Chardonnay, where fruit, texture, and minerality are in elegant balance, showcasing full-bodied richness alongside refined structure.
