100% Savagnin born from the ancient blue clay and slate soils (Liasian) of the Jura, this wine reflects a rich, mineral terroir that imparts structure, tension, and elegance. Vinified in the region’s traditional dry, oxidative style, it was aged for two years in large wooden barrels (foudres), followed by two additional years of undisturbed aging without ouillage or racking. This patient, controlled oxidation delicately shaped the wine’s aromas and flavors, revealing extraordinary depth and complexity. The result is a meditative Jura white wine, where time, terroir, and craftsmanship converge to produce a wine of rare elegance and layered character.
