Wow Wow comes from a 40-year-old Syrah vineyard, which grows in the calcareous, sandy soil of the nature reserve surrounding the winery. It ferments spontaneously in steel tanks with the skins for 20 days, then ages for 8 months in steel tanks, which gives the wine remarkable freshness. A real glou-glou style, in a 1-liter bottle.

Behind the name Clos Lentiscus is a father-daughter duo, Manel Aviñó, known as the 'Bubble man', and his daughter, Núria, who has now also become the face of the winery.
The story begins in 2001, when Manel and his brother Joan return to the 14th century Can Ramon, the family estate, after the death of their father.
