Tempranillo and Carignan, planted in 1979, grown on the calcareous, clay-rich soils of the nature reserve surrounding the winery. Fermented with whole clusters in steel tanks using native yeasts, and after gentle pressing, aged in steel tanks. Bottled without added sulfur in 1-liter bottles.

Behind the name Clos Lentiscus is a father-daughter duo, Manel Aviñó, known as the 'Bubble man', and his daughter, Núria, who has now also become the face of the winery.
The story begins in 2001, when Manel and his brother Joan return to the 14th century Can Ramon, the family estate, after the death of their father. They are then confronted with the damage that the conventional cultivation, which was enough for their father to sell the grapes locally, has caused to the outstanding estate.
