100% Xarel-lo from a nearly 50 years old parcel, from calcareous, sandy soil. After the grapes are hand-harvested, they are directly pressed, and the resulting juice is aged in stainless steel tanks for 8 months. The low alcohol content and the crisp acidity typical of the grape variety result in an easy-drinking wine, which is why it is thoughtfully bottled in 1-liter bottles, without the addition of sulfur.

Behind the name Clos Lentiscus is a father-daughter duo, Manel Aviñó, known as the 'Bubble man', and his daughter, Núria, who has now also become the face of the winery.
The story begins in 2001, when Manel and his brother Joan return to the 14th century Can Ramon, the family estate, after the death of their father.
