100% Pinot Noir, harvested from 0.25 hectares of 30-year-old vines, biodynamically managed since 2015. The Sur Le Bois Sud vineyard lies just a few hundred meters from Les Aubuzes, separated by a forest. The terroir is similar, though the clay soil is slightly rockier and the sand richer in silica, giving the wine vibrancy and complexity. It was bottled the following November, unfiltered and unfined, with just a hint of sulfur (2–3 mg/L) added before bottling.
