A Pétillant from Szent György-hegy, a blend of Chenin Blanc, Pinot Blanc, and Pinot Noir. The grapes are whole-cluster pressed, with fermentation beginning in 1,500 L wooden barrels before the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks. It is bottled with 16 g/L of sugar under a crown cap to complete secondary fermentation in bottle and disgorged in April 2024.
The wine is complex, offering aromas of white flowers, white-fleshed peach, fresh pear, and bright citrus notes.
