Chenin Blanc planted in 2014 from the area around the Vinotéka, harvested by István and his team on September 5, 8, and 12. After whole-cluster pressing using a Scharfenberger pneumatic press, fermentation took place in second-fill Chassin and Boutes Soleil barrels, as well as an older, repeatedly used 228L Louis Latour barrel. Fermentation started well, then slowed somewhat and, after a topping up, continued mostly under the yeast film until October 2023. After blending the vessels, the wine was transferred in August 2023 to a 1,500-liter Garbelotto barrel, where it remained until bottling on September 4, 2024.
