The name comes from Latin and means “native” or “indigenous,” which is reflected in the concept of the cuvée itself: a blend made exclusively from indigenous Carpathian Basin grape varieties.
For the first time, this release is composed entirely of red varieties: Kék Bakator, Kadarka, Hajnos Kék, and a small proportion of Kékfrankos, all co-fermented and aged in amphora.
The wine is light in style and highly drinkable, showing a particularly clean and precise profile. It is intensely fruit-driven, focused on purity rather than extraction, with no stylistic surprises, just immediate, effortless approachability and balance.
Bottled ready to drink, with a fresh, vibrant expression of red fruit and a straightforward, unforced character.
