Like all of Andi’s wines, the Cuvée Weiß is made from hand-harvested grapes (Scheurebe, Müller-Thurgau, Huxelrebe, and Silvaner). After 10 days of whole-cluster maceration, the spontaneously fermenting must was transferred to barrels (100% Doppelstück). Bottled unfiltered, unfined, and without added sulfur. The skin contact gives the wine a delicate orange-wine character, with notes of citrus peel, toasted almond, and peach, complemented by fresh, floral aromas.

Eckelsheim is located in the southwestern corner of Rheinhessen, bordering the Nahe wine region. The Mann family settled here in 1699, establishing a farm, planting vineyards, and producing wine ever since.
