Hand-harvested from 25-year-old vines, the grapes are destemmed and left on the skins for two weeks before being gently pressed with a basket press. The wine is aged in steel tanks, preserving its freshness and purity.
In the cellar, the wine is neither clarified nor filtered, and minimal sulfur is used, allowing it to retain its original character, texture, and expressive fruit. The result is a light, airy Frappato, perfect for enjoying alongside a classic Italian meal.

Agricola VINB is a small, independent winery in southern Sicily, nestled between Vittoria and Chiaramonte Gulfi in the heart of the sun-soaked countryside.
