100% Grillo from 30-year-old vines. The grapes are gently pressed and the juice undergoes spontaneous fermentation in a combination of stainless steel tanks and wooden barrels. After careful racking off the lees, the wine is aged in barrel to allow its full character to unfold. It is bottled unfiltered, with no added sulphur.

Agricola Gilì
Agricola Gilì is run by the young and passionate winemaking duo Ermanno Vella and Alice Marconcini, who live on Sicily’s southwest coast in the picturesque village of Granitola Torretta, south of Marsala. Their deep connection to the land and love of nature culminated in December 2022 with the launch of their own project, focused on crafting natural wines that express the true character of their region. Their first vintage, 2023, already reflects this commitment.
