The 2022 vintage is composed of 50% Blaufränkisch from Bátaszék, fermented for 7 days using whole-cluster carbonic maceration, complemented by 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from the château’s surrounding vineyards, grown at low yields, partly destemmed by hand and partly directly pressed, and fermented for 12 days in tanks.
