Hand-picked on September 14, the grapes were processed using a “hamburger” method: part left as whole clusters with stems, part destemmed over a mesh, and part directly pressed and added as rosé juice. Fermentation took place in a fiberglass tank and a barrel, after which the components were blended and bottled in August 2023.
