Harvested in four passes on September 2, 26, 27, and 28. It fermented in several types of vessels: large fiberglass tanks, large wooden fermenters, and plastic fermentation vats. About a quarter of the wine is pressed juice, containing three-quarters whole berries, with a small portion of whole bunches from the Atlas parcels. Half of the batch was aged in small barrels, while the other half was divided between large wooden fermenters, stone vessels, and fiberglass tanks.
