In mid-July, however, the weather shifted dramatically, turning hot and dry. Unfortunately, several vineyards were affected by hail, resulting in a reduced harvest.\u0026nbsp;Fermentation proved particularly challenging in 2022, and in some wines the alcoholic fermentation stopped before reaching dryness—even by the summer of 2023.
