Most are sourced from Ardèche, while his Jacquère comes from Domaine Blard in Savoie.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"876\" data-end=\"1173\"\u003eIn the vineyard, Étienne’s goal is to preserve and encourage biodiversity, allowing plants, animals, and soil life to function in balance.
