He completed formal viticulture training (BPREA, Beaune) and gained hands-on experience at Domaine de la Calmette in Cahors, as well as in the Jura with François Rousset-Martin and Étienne Thiébaud, where he worked for a vintage.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"1035\"\u003eThe estate currently manages less than a hectar of organically farmed vineyards, predominantly planted with old vines, all within two kilometers of their home in Frontenay. Their main plot grows Trousseau, Poulsard, and Chardonnay, including vines up to 100 years old.
